Laboratory Services

Our health centers process limited types of lab tests in-house. The rest are sent to NorDx for processing at their facility in Scarborough, Maine. You should expect a bill for work done by NorDx.

For some tests, NorDx offers a 20% discount if payment is made in cash at the time you receive services at one of our health centers.

Test results that come back normal will be reported to you by mail. In instances where test values are abnormal, you can expect a call from either your primary care provider or a nurse to discuss the results and decide on next steps. If you have questions about lab tests or results, you should speak with your provider.
