HealthReach's 12 health centers serve patients from 9 of 16 Maine Counties, primarily in Kennebec, Franklin, Oxford, Somerset, Lincoln, Sagadahoc and Androscoggin counties. Over 28,000 people choose us as their primary care provider each year. We work closely with four hospital systems located in our service areas: Franklin Memorial Hospital (Farmington), MaineGeneral - Thayer Center for Health (Waterville) and Alfond Center for Health (Augusta), Redington-Fairview General Hospital (Skowhegan), and Stephens Memorial Hospital (Norway). We also collaborate with local organizations, state agencies and individuals who deliver crisis, health, social service, education and other complementary services to area residents.
