Emergencies and After-hours Coverage

Emergencies
An emergency is an injury or sudden illness that demands immediate attention. If you are experiencing a medical emergency that you think may cause damage or severe pain if you wait for an appointment, call 911 immediately.

After-hours Coverage
If you call your health center after business hours, a medical provider will return your call and work with you to decide if you need to be treated at home, be seen at the health center during business hours, or go to the hospital.
