BETHEL – Bethel Family Health Center is pleased to sponsor Bethel Rotary’s 3rd Annual May Day 5K Race on Saturday, May 12. The fun and challenging course will wind through Bethel village, beginning and ending at Crescent Park School.

The event was created for parents and kids to engage in healthy pursuits and friendly competition. Bethel Rotary has kept the cost of registration low to reduce barriers for people to participate. All proceeds will support after school enrichment programs, including music, art, physical fitness and other creative pursuits.

The 5K road race will start at 10:30 a.m.  In addition to the 5K race, there will be a 1-mile fun run or walk, which will begin at 10:00 a.m.  Both events are open to all ages, so bring the whole family to compete or to cheer everyone on!

Bethel Rotary encourages people to preregister online by visiting https://www.runreg.com/bethel-rotary-may-day-5k.  Registration cost for adults aged 18 and up is $15. Registration for children under age 18 is free.  Commemorative t-shirts are guaranteed to the first 100 registrants.
